CROXS CRA160LHi-A Relay Test Set – AC Mains Operated, 6×20A Current, 4×300V Voltage, Analog Output for Static & Numerical Relay Testing | India

The CROXS CRA160LHi-A is an AC mains-operated relay test set designed for testing static and numerical protection relays that need extended voltage (300V) compliance at Indian DISCOM, EPC, and T&C sites. It delivers 6 current outputs of 20A each (3×40A alternate) and 4 voltage outputs of 300V each, with analogue output — output power of up to 220W at 40A and 90W at 300V.

Purpose-built for relays with higher compliance-voltage needs — overcurrent, earth fault, distance, differential, and directional protection testing — without the added cost of digital IEC 61850 output, for sites where digital substation communication testing isn't required. AC mains operation (100–240V, 50–60Hz, 10A max) eliminates battery management for fixed-installation use.

Standard interfaces include 2 RJ45 Ethernet ports, USB, and a grounding terminal, with optional GPS/BDS time synchronisation, Bluetooth, and WiFi available where needed. Field-ready design includes 8 isolated binary inputs, 4 relay binary outputs, a 9-inch display, and an 8 kg / 315×240×140 mm chassis. CE / EAC / ISO certified.

Applications: relay commissioning, protection scheme validation, and maintenance testing for utilities, DISCOMs, EPC contractors, and T&C agencies working with conventional static and numerical relay populations at fixed sites.
