The CROXS CRA160Si-A is an AC mains-operated protection relay test set for testing digital, numerical, and static relays across Indian DISCOM substations and T&C labs. It delivers 6 current outputs of 20A each (3×40A alternate) and 6 voltage outputs of 130V each, with analog and digital output — supporting IEC 61850 GOOSE testing alongside conventional relay testing, output power up to 160W at 40A and 48W at 130V.

Built for engineers managing mixed digital and conventional substation environments, the CRA160Si-A supports IED communication testing and scheme logic verification for utilities transitioning toward digital substation architecture while maintaining legacy relay populations. AC mains operation (100–240V, 50–60Hz, 10A max) eliminates battery management.

Standard interfaces include 2 RJ45 Ethernet ports, USB, and grounding terminal, with optional GPS/BDS time synchronization, Bluetooth, and WiFi available for end-to-end or wireless test applications. Field-ready design includes 8 isolated binary inputs, 4 relay binary outputs, a 9-inch display, and a sub-8kg / 315×240×140mm chassis. CE / EAC / ISO certified.
