MIKO-10 enables measurements at following objects:

• High-voltage or auto circuit breakers;

Different measurement modes are implemented in the instrument:

AUTO: is intended for contact resistance measurement of HV circuit breakers w/o CT and any demountable or non-demountable connections on test current 10 A. The measurement starts automatically by the circuit closing;

SINGLE: is intended for contact resistance  measurement of HV circuit breakers w/o CT and any demountable or non-demountable connections on current 1 A or 10 A. The easurement starts bythe User command;

BUILT-IN CT: is intended for contact resistance measurement of HV circuit breakers with CT on current

10 A. The measurement starts by the User command. 

The MTS-MONO-ME 3.12 is a compact portable test system designed for accuracy testing/verification/calibration of smart energy meters and measuring transducers.

It combines three instruments in one: a reference meter, a current and voltage source and a volt-mA calibrator/error calculator.

The MTS-MONO can be used both in the laboratory and field conditions.

With the MTS-Service software, testing is performed automatically including generation of test reports (complete with environmental data according to ISO/IEC 17025-2009 as well).

Features :

• Three contact input modules of SA5 are designated to be used as main contact channels, and three are designated for auxiliary contact use. It is possible however, by using BTS11, to dedicate any of the six channels to handle either.

• Coils and motor : Automatically measures circuit breaker coil and motor current / voltage. Together with an adjustable power unit it is very easy to perform minimum function voltage test on the coils.
• The SA5 uses 1 analogue channel to measure coil voltage and current and 1 channel to measure motor voltage and current. For the coil, 35 A AC/DC is possible for continuous measurement, and for the motor, 50A AC/DC. However, if necessary, higher currents will pass for shorter periods.

• Analog inputs : All in all, the SA5 has 9 analogue inputs, however since our intention is to provide you with a test equipment that is user-friendly and circuit breaker oriented, they have been preset to handle specific relevant functions such as coil and motor voltages, currents, analog motion transducers etc.

• Communication : Standard RS232 communication is default. However, in order to comply with safety regulations an optional Bluetooth interface is available, which allows the user to take his laptop pc and move up to 100 m (328 ft) away from the test-object.

The Contact Resistance Meter is a micro-ohm meter with 100 Amp DC max and 200 Amp DC max models. The Contact Resistance Meter measures contact resistance of high voltage contact joint or circuit breaker with high current. Working with the IEC-specified minimum of 100 Amperes, the circuit breaker meter employs constant current source. The test is based on four terminal measurement methods to eliminate test cable resistance effect, and the Contact Resistance Meter has a large LCD display displaying test current value and measured resistance value. The Contact Resistance Meter also has an internal printer and the results can be saved to PC through USB, with the high temperature alarm ensuring equipment safety.
